I’m currently Brand Manager at Johns Hopkins University, rolling up all of my past roles and experiences into one new challenge. My weekends consist of exploring the city of Baltimore and my dog Emmett is always along for the ride.

Ensures brand alignment across 11 divisions, plus hundreds of departments and centers; establishing network of 30 brand ambassadors to help identify brand challenges and opportunities, providing guidance and implementing solutions.
Manages brand guidelines website (brand.jhu.edu, 6K monthly active users), writing and posting regular blogs, monitoring analytics, updating content, and optimizing information architecture and SEO.
Leads introductory, advanced, and custom trainings to educate colleagues on brand guidelines, use of name, and available resources.
Composes monthly email newsletter to brand listserve (260+ subscribers), communicating guideline updates, soliciting feedback, and sharing best practices.
Creates guidance and workflows to translate brand elements, campaigns (e.g., Research Saves Lives, 150th Anniversary), and tools into scalable resources.
Monitors and analyzes industry standards, connects with peers to inform guidance for latest brand strategy, tools, trends, and opportunities.
Manages Canva and Marq template tools (175+ users), training and supporting users, optimizing template options, and reviewing designs for brand alignment.
Advocates for digital accessibility and ethical AI use across all projects.
Serves as point of contact for vendors hosting brand tools, including stationery portal, brand guidelines website, and wayfinding signage manual.
